Here is my card for the week: ONE layer! Whoot! 🙂

I used MFT’s new  Birthday Wishes & Balloons. I am so glad I was able to make a one layer card! I like to matte things, so I had to make myself stop! 🙂 The Primitive White card stock gives the card some warmth.
