Enjoying my third week guesting at the Color Throwdown!
Here are this week’s colors for #393:I’m a HUGE fan of gray and a bright pink, so this was cool. 🙂
Here’s my take:
I wanted to emphasize the Awesome part. 😉
Fun: Check! 🙂
This card was made with Technique Tuesday fun: Way to Go stamp set, Photo Frame die, and elements from the Clipboard die set. Oh and the “You’re” is from the Chicks Rule set. 🙂
I’m looking forward to seeing what everyone made this week! 🙂
Thanks for dropping by. I’ll see you back here next Wednesday for more Color Throwdown!
Having fun with the Paper Smooches Challenge this month! 🙂 Rainbow! Love a rainbow!
This little set has recently been retired. I didn’t want to miss it because, it has the cutest little helicopter in it! 🙂 But, I started with the umbrella. LOL.
Kept this card pretty basic, except that I blended my little heart out. But I see this photo above and think, huh? My photos take away the smoothness that exists in person? Weird. Anywho, glad I got some Copic coloring in.
Paper Smooches : Sunny Side Up stamps.
I’m playing along with the May Paper Smooches Challenge: Rainbow!! 🙂
Have a great week! 🙂
I super enjoy Technique Tuesday planner stamps! They are so fun and whimsy! I am trying to commit to using a planner, so I can use them often. 🙂 We’ll see. In the meantime, I know I make cards! So that’s what I did:
This little car is one of my favorite of the planner stamps! 🙂 It is from the set: Planner-Car.
The letters are from the die set: Hometown Lower Case. I need to use these more often, because I like the font! 🙂 And it’s the perfect size for cards! I quick colored the cars with Copics. No blending, just color! 🙂
You can check out all the Technique Tuesday Planner Products HERE. If you are a planner person, I cannot recommend them enough. Also, their price point is awesome!! 😉
Thanks for stopping by! Have a fantabulous week!
Time to get outdoors and cozy with some Technique Tuesday goodies!
I stamped and colored this cozy fire with my Prismacolor colored pencils. Then I outlined the portions of it and the sentiment with the white pencil. Simple, and I like it! 🙂
For this card, I blended some Distress Inks and then stamped the lantern in a deep green. I added some glossy accents to finish off the panel. If I wanted that splotchy sky effect again, I’d probably never be able to recreate it. One of those happy mistakes. 😉
Supplies for these cards from Technique Tuesday: Gone Camping, Photo Frame, and Clipboard dies.
Thanks for stopping by! Have a good weekend!
If I was excited to have Neat & Tangled’s Scandinavian Prints, I am elated to work with THIS N&T Hexastar Cover Plate! Oh. My. Word. 🙂 I could carry on about how awesome this Cover Plate is for a long while, but I’ll spare you. I just couldn’t wait to inlay this ditty! 🙂 Sooooo cool!
When I finished this, I thought, huh…look at that, Chiclets! And now, I want Chiclets. haaaa! 🙂
Just Brilliant, Miriam. Brilliant! 🙂
Again, I thought I’d join in the Little Tangles Challenge this month. 🙂Anything Goes! Check it out HERE! 🙂
Thanks for stopping by! Have a great weekend!
Here’s my take on MFT Sketch Challenge #280 AND MFT Color Challenge #45! These challenges come from the My Favorite Things Challenge & Inspiration Blog! This color combo reminds me of candy! 🙂 Ha!
I kept this one simple too, diecutting and blending ink into the new MFT Stencil Chunky Herringbone.
This was definitely a card where I looked at the sketch, started working, and didn’t refer to the sketch again. But, I’m sure you can see the sketch’s inspiration overall, right? 😉
My card is made with supplies at My Favorite Things. Die-namics: Brushstroke Birthday Greetings, Stitched Rectangle Frames, Blueprints 23, Brushstroke Birthday Greetings. Razzle Berry, Orange Fizz, Cornflower, and Green Room dye ink.
Have a lucky Friday the 13th! 🙂
Enjoying my second week guesting over at the Color Throwdown this month!
This week is much more masculine than last week, though I fully believe you can make this girly sooo easily! 🙂
Here are this week’s colors for #392:I certainly DIG this combo! 🙂
Here’s my take:
This Robot is one of my favorite TT stamps! I thought I’d go back to some repetitive stamping and loose watercolor. This would be quick to make in bulk. Wish I had! 🙂 Ha!And of course, added some googley eyes! 🙂
This card was made with the Favorite Human & Fan-tastic sets from Technique Tuesday.
Be sure to hop over and see what everyone made this week! Fun fun! 🙂
Thanks for stopping by! Hope you can find some creative time this week to join in the fun!
I’ll see you back here next Wednesday for another Color Throwdown! 🙂
