Smile for the Cameras!

Happy Thursday! Popping in quick to freshen things up here 🙂

Today I’m sharing these cards I made with the cameratastic August Release from Technique Tuesday! They can be found HERE!

I love the Oh Snap stamp! fun fun!!

I mixed up a bunch of different sets for this spunky little number! Technique Tuesday’s: We Just ClickPlanner Camera, Start With a Smile Stamp set, and Caught on Camera stamp set.

This next one might be my favorite of the lot. 🙂 I stamped this panel and left it to dry on my desk. Forgot about it! Then a couple weeks later, I found it all ready to color! Love that! 🙂

For this, I used Zig Clean Color fluorescent pens. The photos always dull it down a bit, but in person, it is bright!

Alrighty, that’s all I have for today! Check back soon as the new September TT release is right around the corner!  😉

Be sure to hop over and check out the new stuff from Technique Tuesday HERE!  🙂

Have a good one!

Take care- Jill 🙂

Love Ya Bunches

Hope your weekend has been fantastic so far! 🙂

I love this little set: Lawn Fawn/Ellen Hutson United We Flourish Love Ya’ Bunches. I have been wanting to monkey around with it again and I finally got around to it 🙂 .

Eeeeek! So fun! And this paper is hoard worthy, but I am trying my best to use my favorites too vs. saving them. LOL. But the rainbow–want to keep forever–ha! ❤I stamped everything and then used my Zig Clean Color markers to watercolor these cuties on Bristol paper. It turned out so fun, and my son is going to love finding it in his lunchbox Monday!

Oh this little bear is from Lawn Fawn’s You’re Claw-some set. ❤ those little guys. 🙂

I’m entering this for the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #11 HERE!Have a great weekend! Thank you for stopping by! 🙂

Magic Wishes

Happy Friday All! If you are looking for my Paper Smooches DT Pep Rally post, please click HERE.

Today I’m sharing a couple of fun cards using Paper Smooches August released UNICORN DIE! That’s right, Unicorn Die. I die. 🙂 LOL! I also used the Magical Sampler stamp set and Flower Frames dies for this first card. Eeeeeep! Magical! 🙂

For my first card, I embraced the unicorn and all her rainbowness! 🙂 (<—- Yup, that’s a word. 😉 )

And of course, I had to add a googley eye, but take care not to cover up her eyelashes. 😉

For this next card, I took another route using the same die. Kim is always thinking, and made the unicorn’s alicorn separate, so you can create a horse, or a zebra, or whatever your crafty heart desires. ❤ that!!

I used Distress Inks for the background and made a sparkly little grass patch for this fun horse to stand on. The leaves are from the Wavy Wishes set. 🙂

I think this little Unicorn die will be used a lot around here, making birthday cards! 🙂

You can check out the NEW Paper Smooches August release HERE! And be sure to hop along with us for a sneak peek at the September release, and your chances to win a Paper Smooches Gift Card! Wooooooooohoooo! You can start HERE on the Paper Smooches blog from yesterday.

Hope your weekend feels long and relaxing!

Smile!

Popping in to share a card I made with Paper Smooches new Flower Frame dies and the previously released stamp sets, Kindness Sampler and Best Buds! The combo makes such a sweet card! 🙂
I stamped the card base with the little flower stamps from the Best Buds set.
I watercolored these flowers with my Zig clean color markers. I cannot decide if I need any more colors of those or not. Some I have are so similar, they are almost the same? LOL
For another way to use these frames, check my previous post HERE. 🙂

Thanks for stopping by today! See you tomorrow for the Paper Smooches Pep Rally ❤ !!! 🙂

Take care- Jill 🙂

Sending Good Vibes!

Good Monday Morning to you! I was up extra early today to squeeze in a full day before the eclipse! But the weather is calling for a cloudy day, so yikes!

Anywho, on with this fun card to give! ❤️

For this card, I used Neat & Tangled’s Schoolhouse Good Vibes, and also the Geomentric Blooms stencil with Fossilized Amber Oxide Ink. There are a couple of things I learned and I’d do differently next time, but I never know what I’m doing until I do it. My cards are thought through as I go. I don’t know if that’s good or bad? Probably both. 😉
LOVE these little mice! I colored them with Copic markers. 🙂

I’m joining in the Little Tangles Challenge this month. I was excited to see the challenge was birthday, and thought I’d catch up on making a bunch of birthday cards. Well, so far I have the one here. LOL!! But there’s still time! So, we’ll see!   🙂

Check it out HERE! 🙂 And a BIG HAPPY 5TH Birthday to Neat & Tangled! How awesome and exciting is that!?

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great week!

Being Kind

Happy Sunday all!

Just popping in with a quick post to share a card I made last night. We are planning to give this to the secretary at school because she defines kindness. ❤️

For this, I used the oh-so-perfect set from Concord and 9th: Kindhearted and the Kind die. I used this stencil that I’ve had forever from The Crafters Workshop. Perfect! I used Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide to blend it on the panel. I found this tiny heart in my *diecut leftover stash*, covered it in Glossy Accents, and added it to Chicago. 🙂 I finished the whole card off with a few Pretty Pink Posh sequins and some stitching!

I thought this turned out delightfully and we can’t wait to give it to her. ❤️

Have a great Sunday ALL!

Paper Smooches Flower Frames

Happy Friday! Things are ramping up around here as we cram in the last bits of summer before school starts. It’s another full day today! 🙂 All good things!

Today I’m sharing these little tags I made with Paper Smooches new Flower Frame dies and the previously released stamp set, New Beginnings 2! They are brown and yellow, and look more fall/”sunflowery” in person! Ha!
(This tag is Paper Smooches Tag Stitched dies. <3)
I LOVE these frames, and I actually will probably use them more as frames. However,  I thought it was fun to use them as centerpieces on these tags and my previous cards HERE. 🙂 I think they are fun to stand on their own! 🙂

Check out all the new Paper Smooches goodies HERE!

Thanks for stopping by today! Have a GREAT weekend!

Take care- Jill 🙂

Counting Blessings SOA Release Day!

Happy Release day for the Counting Blessings Stamp of Approval Collection!

Thank you so very much for all the amazing and truly kind comments everyone left here yesterday! The consensus is that we love the leaves and that leaves and gratitude are not just for autumn! Love that! 🙂 You can check out my blog post for the Blog Hop yesterday HERE. Be sure to head over to Catherine’s website below for all the latest info!

I am sharing a couple more cards here to celebrate RELEASE DAY! Yay!!

How awesomely graphic is this Geo Trio stencil!! ❤ !! It has three different patterns to use on it! Catherine’s inks make blending this on flawless! I used Icing on the Cake, Tutti Frutti (fave!) Orange Twist , and Tiara for this.

I also used the collection’s Thankful die and the Tags, Etc. dies for this strip. I was intending to stitch above it, but ended up right on the line the die creates. I could never stitch this way if I intended too! But on a fluke, no problem! LOL!

Just love the graphic nature of this card and how those inks blend! So flawless! And can we just enjoy the handwritten script of this Thankful die? Good golly! So fantastic!

Next up is a ‘Thank You’ card!

I just trimmed the Thankful die to make a fun “Thank You” card! 🙂

For this card, I used the Tags, Etc. Dies, Thankful Die, Autumn Blessings Stamp set, Geo Trio Stencil, and the Marching Leaves stencil!  Eeep! Again, I used Catherine’s fabulously blending inks! (Tutti Frutti and actually all the same ones as the above card! How did that happen? LOL!! 🙂 )

I hope you’ve enjoyed the projects I made with this collection, as much as I have enjoyed making them!

Thank you again for stopping by today! A BIG crafty hug to Catherine for having me along, and many thanks to the team for help with details! It’s been a pleasure hanging with everyone! Be sure to check out Catherine’s Blog HERE for more fun!

I look forward to seeing what everyone creates with this fantastic collection!!

Happy creating!

Are you ready for my cards?! I am! I really enjoyed playing with this collection! 🙂

Oh my word! THIS LEAF! ❤ ! For this card, I used several of the products in the box. The tag and scalloped panel are from the Tag, Etc. Dies. I die cut the Thankful die a few times and layered it up for some pop! The leaf is cut using the Falling Leaf dies. (I adhered them, and then stitched them like crazy! 😉 ) I used the Marching Leaves stencil on the background. (This stencil is definitely one of my favorite things in this box– ❤ !!!!)

I love this color combo that shook out during the process! 😉

Next up, is a celebration card showing the versatility of this collection! I think this color combo is so festive! ALL Catherine Pooler’s bold color inks are a stamper’s dream! Very inky, but not TOO inky. You know what I mean? 😉 Those can be found HERE.

For this card, I used the following products from this collection: The Tags, Etc. Dies, Good Things stamp set, and the Leaf Motifs stamp set.

I used my favorite CP color, Tutti Frutti, on many of my SOA projects this month! I can’t stop. 🙂  For this card, I also used the new gray Black Jack, Party Dress, Tiara and Fiesta Blue!

This collection is FULL of possibilities! I myself, am super loving all the graphic elements in it!
