It’s been another busy week and another survival of the stomach flu. I’m glad it’s Friday! Hooray!
I’m popping in today sharing another super fun Paper Smooches card. 😉 I just ❤ how this came out using Paper Smooches sets: Promenade and dies, Bitty Bunglalows and dies and the sentiment is from New Beginnings 2. I colored all the elements with Copic Markers and die cut them all out.
For this card, I just masked off a section of the panel and blended on some Distress Oxide inks. I’m not a big purple person, but my goal was to use it a few times this year, and I think I’ve now met that goal and can quit. Haaaaa! But seriously, I thought this turned out fun!
Such a perfect card to send a friend for her new adventure! ❤
Thanks for stopping by! Have a wonderful weekend!
We are now prepping for April–wow! But have you seen all the new March Technique Tuesday products available HERE!? Fun fun!
It’s no secret that I always adore the Technique Tuesday Sassy sentiments stamp sets. This month, the new set is: Sassy Love Your Guts. And the coordinating dies for this stamp set are HERE.
Bwaaahahaaaa! So funny! 🙂
I made this card before I had the dies, but I love the Black and White simplicity ❤ .
You can check out another fun card I made and shared HERE previously. I love sending funny cards!
Thanks for stopping by again today!
Take care–Jill 🙂
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
I made this card for my son to celebrate today, and I thought I’d pop in quick to share it! 🙂 Such fun!
I colored these little Lawn Fawn cuties back during the Daily Marker 30 Day Challenge, and I’m so glad I did! Because they were just ready to go! 🙂
I’m pretty sure he’s going to ❤ it! 🙂 I’m not sure why I have all these white gel pen blips everywhere, but I must have done that one night in a daze, because it makes me go hmmmmm now! Haaaa!
For this card I used Lawn Fawn’s: You’re Clawsome, and coordinating dies HERE. I used on of my favorite Lawn Fawn Alphabet sets, Milo’s ABCs. This LF Claire’s ABC’s is another good one. 🙂 I also used Lawn Fawn Jet Black (Copic friendly) Ink, and a White Gel Pen. The patterned paper is Lawn Fawn’s Perfectly Plaid Rainbow. ❤
Hope your weekend is a lucky one!
Take care! Jill 🙂
Happy day to you! Today I’m sharing a Toadally fun Paper Smooches card. 😉 I kept this card VERY simple, which is both easy and difficult. I’m sure you can relate if you make cards too.
How fun are these dudes?! I stamped and masked and stamped and masked. I colored them all with Copic Markers in very slightly different ways and added some Glossy Accents to their spots to polish them off before stitching them on.
I thought it would be fun to add a punny sentiment, of course. For this card, the little toads are from A Little Lovin, the *Toadally*is from the great punny set Critter Card Puns and the *dude* is from Slang Gang…. Slang Gang was one of my first Paper Smooches sets and it still gets a lot of <3.
Be sure to follow the Paper Smooches Blog for lots of inspiration on how to you mix and match your Paper Smooches stash! I’ve really been enjoying using all the things! 🙂
Thank you for stopping by! Have a great weekend! Happy St. Pat’s!
Hope you all are having a great week thus far!
I’m popping in to share this card I made with Lil’ Inker’s NEW Release yesterday! This new die is called: So Very Kind Greeting Die. I’m planning to use this a lot as a Thank You card die. I would love it in rainbow!
I’m not sure how I ended up with this color combo. Ha!! I was making lots of navy thank you cards the other night, and so I think this was on my desk. I needed one in a female version, so I guess I grabbed some bright pink! 🙂
After inlaying the die and all its bits (be sure to keep track of them carefully because there are some small ones 😉 ), I added some scoring lines and stitching to the panel. I then adhered it all backed with fun foam. Such a fun die! 🙂 All in one— ❤ that!
I’m also a big fan of THIS stamp! Check out my card I made with it HERE. Still LOVE love love those stripes! 🙂
Thank you to Lil’ Inker for gifting us these dies and the previously mentioned Ombre Paper pads! ❤ Big fan! 🙂
Thank you for stopping by today–have a great Tuesday! 🙂
Take care– Jill 🙂
I’m starting my day standing on an overcrowded train this morning, so here’s hoping the week gets better from here! 🙂
Last night I thought I’d make a quick card. Well, almost two hours later, I finished. 😂
But I wanted to use all these critters on this new Hello Bluebird “Jungle Littles” set. This set was a gift at our recent crafty weekend, and it is full of fun! ❤️
I stamped and masked away, and then colored everything with Copic Markers. My spacing on the ground critters could be a little better, but it’s ok. 😉 I like to call this a *one-off-layer* card (because of the card panel, it’s not a one layer 😉). I feel like with the advent of dies, I don’t make too many one layer cards anymore? And there’s no room for error when you do! 😬 Ha!!
I made this next card below while on said crafty weekend ;). I wasn’t on my home turf, so no stitching or too many extra details, but I adore this little sloth so much! ❤️ Eeeeep! So cute!
Again, I colored with Copic Markers and then fussy cut him out. I was gifted some twine and patterned paper from my friends Amy, Laurie, and Lisa–and those all worked out perfectly to add a lil’ something. 🙂 Thanks friends!
Well, I think that covers it all for now! Thank you again to Hello Bluebird for this sweet set. Be sure to check out them out HERE and all their cute sets! 🙂
Take care and have a great week!
I might be the only person excited about Springing the clocks ahead! My son gets up crazy early everyday, and this means that it isn’t quite as early (for the next six months or so), fingers crossed! 🙂
Anyway, I’m popping in to share another card today. I whipped this one up last night using Ellen Hutson’s super cute new set: So Matcha by Julie Ebersole. Julie does it again! ❤
This set is just darling–that’s the best word for it! I colored everything with Copic markers and fussy cut out the images. I stamped the background with a Hero Arts Ombre Pool to Navy pad to create the light to dark on the bamboo. 🙂
As always, I finished this cutie lil’ number off with some simple stitching and Voila!
Looking forward to mailing this very soon! I have a large stack to sit down and address!
Thank you to Ellen Hutson for gifting us these cute sets at our recent crafty get-together! So sweet of you to share your goodness! 🙂
Thanks so much for stopping by again today! Enjoy your Sunday! 🙂
Take care– Jill 🙂
