Technique Tuesday: Day 1 of the August Release Countdown

Today we are showing Day One of the Technique Tuesday countdown to the new August release! Oh goodness–it is a FULL one! 🙂 Such fun!

This card showcases the new uber fun Sassy Vacation Memories Stamp Set. The sentiment is also stamped on a new diecut from the Captions and Labels Crafting Dies: I love that little ticket look, but I just couldn’t squeeze the coordinating stamp on from the forthcoming new set My Trip Stamp Set. .The die cut worked out just fine alone though. 😉 (*These links will all work once the sets are released on August 1st.)

I colored all the images with Copic Markers and added a few little tidbits with a white gel pen. I made the die cut and stamped the sentiment on there and set it aside. Then, while I held my breath, I added all the crazy stitching. I meant to fill it in a little more on the bottom there, but I completely forgot until seeing this photo just now. Ack! 🙂

This new Sassy stamp set, Sassy Vacation Memories Stamp Set is of course a favorite of this release. Teri speaks my language. I always love the sentiments that make me laugh. ❤

Be sure to check out the NEW products from Technique Tuesday HERE! (Again, these new products above will be available via their links on August 1st!)

And follow the new release over at the Technique Tuesday Blog HERE! Once there, you can find all the Design Team’s blogs to link to. 🙂

I’ll see you back here again tomorrow for another sneak! 🙂

Thanks for stopping by!

Brilliant card example to show off such fabulous travel stamps, ideal for noting down those holiday stories.
