You Are My Sunshine!

Happy Friday! Before the Paper Smooches (very fun!) July Release debuts next week, I wanted to share one more card that is one of my favorites of the June Paper Smooches release available HERE! 🙂

For this card, I used the new Sunnyville and Sunnyville icon dies! This little sun hugging this little cloud is just one of my faves of all time from Paper Smooches. It is soooo adorable! 🙂 Kim has such a great way of designing these little cutie stamps! 🙂

I mean really, could this be any sweeter? I colored them with Copic Markers and die cut them out, adhering with foam adhesive. (THIS is the foam tape I’ve been using a lot–very inexpensive!)

New Blender Brushes from Taylored Expressions!

I hope you enjoyed my post yesterday to share the news for the new Taylored Expressions Blender Brushes! I cannot stop blending since I received them!  ❤ And you all are clearly as excited as me, because the Blender Brushes were so popular and sold out the first day! The great news is, they will be restocked as soon as possible, so hold steady!

Just a quick review again: The bristles are white, so you can see the color you put on them, the handles are COLORED in rainbow colors!! AND there is a Turning Caddy to store them!!  🙂 Check it all out over at Taylored Expressions now! Yay! ❤

I’m very serious when I say I have been ink blending up a STORM lately! 🙂  Here’s another card I made using them:

I colored the bees with Copic Markers and die cut them out. I hear embossed the Dizzy Dots background in white and ink blended using different blues after that. When I finally stopped myself from blending (ha!), I die cut the background into hexagons for a fun bee backdrop! ❤

Bzzzzzz! This was a fun one to make, for sure!! 🙂

Taylored Expressions: Blender Brushes!

I could not be more exited to share this news and post for Taylored Expressions Blender Brush Release! I am telling you these whole kit and caboodle is a cardmaking game changer!! I have been busting with this awesome secret for what seems like FOREVER!  ❤

The bristles are white, so you can see the color you put on them. BUT most excitingly, the handles are COLORED in rainbow colors!! Oh good gravy–I’m telling you, I eeeeeeped with delight in seeing them! But WAIT there’s more…. there is a Turning Caddy to store them!! And/or just spin them for fun, like I often do!! 🙂 Check it all out over at Taylored Expressions now! Yay! ❤

Naturally, I could not WAIT to use them ALL!! And now, I can’t stop! Here is a fun card I made using them:

I had so much fun making this card and then adding the stitching!! Eeep!! The blending with the new brushes was effortless so much easier with the colored handles to know what I was grabbing! But, now that I am posting it, I see I forgot the I’s tittle! Oh good gravy!! I am going to need to add that. How did I not notice it til now? ack.

I just love how this turned out overall. The brushes make it so fun to blend and truly, the white bristles, colored handles and turning caddy are just icing on the cake!! So fun and so pretty to use! 🙂

Love Birds

Happy weekend! There is something NEW from Paper Smooches available now HERE! 🙂

Stencils!! There is the new Cloud Stencil and the new Flourishes Stencil! I have cards using them in the next release, but for now, I just whipped this one up HERE using the Cloud Stencil for fun and the Daily Marker 30 Day!

I hope you’ll enjoy the new stencils as much as I am!! So cool and easy to work with.

Tonight, I’m sharing a card using the new Vespa Die and Feathered Friends (with Feathered Friends Icon dies). Also, I used the Mirror Blocks for the mirror image of the cute bird! This Vespa–I want to create a bunch of colors of them and then ride them! If only! 🙂

I blended the background on simply with inks and colored the cutie birds with Copic Markers.

Matcha!

Hola! Thought I’d pop in quick to share a fun little card using Ellen Hutson’s So Matcha (and the coordinating dies are HERE). My friend and I still laugh at saying Matcha, so I had to make and send her a card. ❤

I colored everything with Copic Markers and because I don’t have the dies, I just trimmed her out  using good old fashioned fussy cutting! 🙂

The background I blended on some ink to a Neat & Tangled Geometric Blooms stencil. This isn’t the same one, but it is in the same vein called Hexastar.

I was excited to send this–because real mail is THE best! ❤

Also–exciting news today as the latest addition of Scrapbook & Cards Today Magazine just came out! It’s the Summer Issue and it is seriously DELIGHTFUL!!!! I have three fun cards in this issue! Two all about rainbow action and third involves Vanilla Ice! Yup! Eeeep! If you don’t already know, the designers are amazing and the writing and the way this magazine is put together is just so fantastic!! It’s incredible to be included…truly! ❤

I basically pieced this one all together and stamped on some cutie faces to make someone smile! I sure do! 🙂

You + Me + Coffee

Today, I’m here to share a fun little card using Ellen Hutson’s Bear Ware 3 (and coordinating dies HERE) and of course, the original, All Inside with dies HERE! I mean, I’m pretty sure he’s my favorite bear of all and he needs to hold ALL. THE. THINGS. 😉

I colored everything with Copics. The background I stamped a little ombre with a stamp from Pattern Play.

I think this turned out pretty darn cute (because how could this cutie not be?) and I can’t wait to send it to a friend! ❤
