Rerun with Winnie and Walter!

Hi All! I’m excited to share in the fun over on the Winnie & Walter Blog today, HERE.

Last weekend I was crafting my little heart out with some friends, old and new. Great fun! Admittedly, I did not make many cards, but I have lots of pieces to do so now! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Anywho–Winnie and Walter gifted us some very cool products that I cannot wait to use! The best part is I spent the weekend laughing again with Shayย  โค . Shay is delightful and I adore her sense of humor SO much! ๐Ÿ™‚

OK, on with the card for their current Rerun Challenge, yes?

Wow! This Welcome to the Family with Evelin T Designs set is HUGE! So many cute little critters in it and sweet sentiments. AND it’s on SALE! Head over to the W&W Blog for info on that AND a giveaway!

I started with a completely different plan and then ended up with this! ๐Ÿ™‚ I also used W&W’s Sketchy Thoughts set. Which, incidentally, might be my favorite Winnie & Walter set of all time. โค

I used the block stamps and masked off the dimensional part so as to create a frame that I stamped three times, stacking them on each other. I then masked off the “frames” and stamped the bears in those! Cuties! I was loving the black and white, so I refrained from coloring them. I knew it needed something though. Hence, I decided to do more masking with post-it tape and added some Distress Oxide Inks stripes. ( I used THIS W&W stencil, Rugby Stripes this past weekend, and it would be awesome for this!ย  I need to order one, big time!) I was so happy I didn’t smear it or anything. #sweat ! This could have been a one layer card! But I was already using a panel, so let’s call it a *one off* layer card, shall we? ๐Ÿ˜‰

(Distress Oxide Colors I used: Candied Apple, Spiced Marmalade, and Fossilized Amber)

Be sure to check out Winnie and Walter’s blog HERE to learn more about this challenge and the discount on ordering this set!ย  Love when you can save some extra money to use on other sets too! Haaahaaa! ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ˜‰

Thank you, Shay, for including me along for this fun! And for all the lovely W&W goodies! Eeeeep! You know the way to a crafty’s heart! โค

Take care–Jill ๐Ÿ™‚

Cornucopia of projects! :)

Happy Wednesday!
I’m usually pretty good about posting all my projects on my blog, but this last month + has been a little crazier than normal. I always try to figure out if it’s just the new normal, or if it is just busier that usual. I’m hoping for the later this time! ๐Ÿ™‚
Anywho–here is a few cards/projects I have made recently that haven’t made it here yet. ๐Ÿ™‚
First up, this fun card using Paper Smooches Huge Hugs and dies AND Huge Hugs 2! This was for my son’s last day of school this year. ๐Ÿ™‚
I actually used my Scor-Tape as a stencil. It was sitting on my desk, so it worked out well! I just brushed some Distress Ink in there and then gave it a little water spritz for some texture. Fun!
The whale and fish are covered in Glossy Accents! Love that little addition. I think I may go through a whole bottle this month. LOL. ๐Ÿ™‚
Here are projects I created for teachers and staff at school this Spring:
Love how fun these are! I used Paper Smooches Fruitasticย and the Thanks So Much Die. For the tags below, I used the Paper Smooches Pencil Dies and the Lovely Thoughts stamp set for the sentiment.
Here is a quick pick of some tags I stamped up for some crafty friends. Love this little bunny from Paper Smooches Pineapple Crush! (I didn’t think to take a more finessed photo, but I thought they are too cute not to share!)
These next cards use a combination of Paper Smooches Pineapple Crush stamps and Ellen Hutson’s Wonky Backdrops. Such fun!! ๐Ÿ™‚ (I also used the retired a Paper Smooches set for the sentiment, but this one is an excellent sub in, Many Thanks.)
This next card uses Winnie and Walter’sย  Framed and Our Town. Love how this turned out. I made it at a crafty retreat and I used someone’s stencil for the background too. But I didn’t write down the name of it. ๐Ÿ™‚
Next up, is this card I made using WPlus9 Feathers and Florals and Avery Elle’s Many Thanks. This floral set was sent to me from some crafty friends, and I’m so glad to have inked it up!! ๐Ÿ™‚ I’ve been using a lot of flowers lately!? Must be the season ๐Ÿ˜‰ .
And last but not least, here are some teacher cards I made last fall. These great teacher stamps are all from Lil’ Inker Designs. LOVE these so very much! ๐Ÿ™‚ Again, I borrowed these great products from some crafty friends. I only wished they all lived closer to create together more often. โค
Alrighty! I hope you have enjoyed this mixed bag of projects I had yet to blog! I like to keep my blog up to date. It’s a great way to track my projects if I ever want to look back . ๐Ÿ™‚
Thank you for stopping by again today! ๐Ÿ™‚
Take care- Jill ๐Ÿ™‚
