Hello again! I’m happily enjoying my third week of contributing with the Freshly Made Sketches crew! You can check out their great challenge blog HERE.
And here is this week’s sketch:
And my card:
I took a little creative interpretation when creating the layout on this. 😉! I stenciled the background and die cut that portion. I die cut all the other pieces and adhered them in order after stamping the sentiment and <3. I love this Paper Smooches city skyline! I added some patterned paper and stitching and voila! 🙂
I thought this would be a fun hello card to pop into the mail!
Supplies I used: Paper Smooches Super 2 dies and All Year Cheer for the Hello. The stenciled background is Altenew’s Halftone and then paper is Ombre Stripes from Lil’ Inkers! 🙂
Thanks so much for stopping by! And thanks to the FMS for being so awesome to me this month! 🙂 Great fun!
Take care– Jill 🙂

Just popping in to share a Happy New Year greeting to everyone! Thank YOU for all your kindness in 2017! I sooooo enjoy making cards and sharing them, and I appreciate you taking the time to look and leaving me a smile too!
This Embroidery Hoop die is included in the forthcoming Paper Smooches January release and can be found HERE on January 3, 2018! Be sure to follow our January release hop HERE! 🙂
Other fun Paper Smooches goodies I used: All Year Cheer stamp set (sentiment), Pineapple Crush (bunny with pineapple) and coordinating dies HERE, Squeaky Clean (tiny dust bunny that I fussy cut 🙂 ), Mitten Die (tiny heart).
I colored the bunnies with Copic Markers. For the background, I used Distress Oxide Inks: Abandoned Coral and Fossilized Amber. Such fun! 🙂 I added some Wink of Stella to the bunnies and some Glossy Accents to the heart. ❤
Be sure to check out my Paper Smooches Pep Rally post HERE and follow our January Release Hop! Prizes to be had (comments close at Midnight tonight, 12/31!) and lots of new goodies to see!
Happiest 2018 to each of you and yours!
Take care- Jill 🙂
