Hello Awesome Friend

Happy Wednesday! I sat down last night to make a couple of cards, and this was one I churned out. This Neat and Tangled stamp set, Scandinavian Prints, has so many possibilities. I kept this simple with some straight up stamping. It’s funny how I don’t do that much? LOL

I chose this one tiny stamp, and stamped it repeatedly. Every time I get out this set, my mind swirls with ideas! ❤ ! I masked the sentiment, and stamped it above and below the Awesome die. 🙂 I need a few dozen of these cards now!

I added some stitching and a few sequin discs to polish it off!

I’m sneaking this in for the Little Tangles Challenge: Color Combo Challenge! I just love the colors and wanted to make more with them! 🙂 You can find my first card HERE.Yum. Yum. Yum!

Thanks for stopping by!

Awesome

Happy early weekend!  Hope you have a great weekend planned or even a lack of plans. That’s always good too, right? 🙂

I thought I’d pop in and share a card I made with the Paper Smooches Triangles Die. I could inlay this die for hours, with all sort of different colors and designs. Now that I have all these colors cut out of different cardstocks, I may just whip up a few more!

This Awesome word die is definitely a favorite PS die that gets used an awful lot around here. 😉

I mailed this one out to an awesome crafty friend. 🙂 I need more of these cards STAT!

I am whipping up lots of stuff for June, but hope to be back soon with a few other May posts. Tick-tock, it’s already the 19th! Wow.

Have a great weekend!

Paper Smooches September!

I am extremely excited to take part in celebrating Paper Smooches September release! (I may have squealed a wee little bit! 🙂 ) I am a big fan of Paper Smooches ❤ . That’s no secret though, especially if you saw my collection from over the years! Shhhh 😉

I was able to use the new die set, Super Star dies! Of course, I enjoy its versatility completely.. Stars are always a good idea! Always! 🙂

hawkins_jill_bang_00_wmThis PS release follows suit with every other one: Chock full of fantastic (and versatile) dies and sweet stamps. I love to mix them and use them in different ways. 🙂hawkins_jill_bang_wmThese stars in a line speak to my graphic loving heart. So many possibilities. I kept this one slightly simple, with strips of card stock pieced and then die cut. I finished it off with some stamping from the Summer Sampler. I even attempted to make this all straight! Haaa! 🙂

Naturally, I had to make a few more cards. Because: New dies, people. New. Dies. 😉

hawkins_jill_awesomestars_wmThere are many different stars in this new set. Which makes me happy! For this card, I used the largest star, as well as the star frame. Such fun with some googley eyes! 🙂hawkins_jill_awesomestars_00_wmI also used the Awesome die. Literally and figuratively. 🙂

Be sure to hop over to the Paper Smooches blog today to check out more September fun there! I’ll be back again this week, sharing a couple more cards I made with the new Super Star dies. You might find them, or these on the PS Blog today? Just sayin’. 😉

Ginormous thanks to Kim for having me along this month! You continue to make the best things to create with! ❤

Thanks for popping by today!
