Happy Wednesday! I’m popping in today to share a card I whipped up with some Neat and Tangled goodies! 🙂
For this, I used Distress Oxide inks. I was trying to avoid them, but after trying a friend’s ink, well, here I am! (They blend like butta’!) A shout out to my crafty friends for helping me acquire them #troublemakers 😉 🙂
Originally, I had this “Awesome” die cut all white, and I was done! As I got up from my desk to go sleep, I instead grabbed my sponge and rubbed on some Worn Lipstick Oxide ink across the top. Then, I was really going to bed. Nope, grabbed the Wink of Stella to add some glimmer, and topped it off with Glossy Accents. It was WAY late at night! Luckily, I didn’t ruin the card…I think I made it better! Phew! 😉 In the fog, I forgot to stitch the panel, but I’ll still call this a win! 🙂
I was so excited to receive this N & T stencil, Geometric Blooms, designed by my crazy talented friend, Miriam. I also used Neat & Tangled’s Awesome die! This stencil is fantastic, and the possibilities are endless!! 🙂 I lucked into these great sequins from N & T too, Pink Lemonade Sequin Mix. Yum!
Squeaking this in for this month’s Little Tangles Challenge: Stencil! Wish I had could make a couple more entries, but tick-tock!
I was fortunate to win this stencil & sequins from a Neat & Tangled giveaway on Instagram! Super fun! Thank you, Neat and Tangled! ❤
Thanks for stopping by! The rest of the week is downhill, right? 🙂
I could spend an entire day using Neat & Tangled’s Hexastar Cover Plate! I always think I will trim it up and use it differently. And eventually I will, but I love to inlay it! So that’s what happens when I sit down to use it 🙂
I also used their awesome Awesome die. 🙂 Can you use the same adjective to describe the noun? Haaaaa! 🙂
This is a dark navy color and a bright flamingo pink. Quite spring like, and fitting for the most bazarro warm weather we have been having here this February! 😉
I’m joining in the Little Tangles Challenge by the skin of my teeth! Check it out HERE.
Also, my friend Miriam, who designed this Hexastar Cover plate I used above, designed more gems for Neat & Tangled that just released… THIS and THIS! So brilliant! Both are on my wish list, along with a dozen other things. Always, right?! 🙂
Thanks for stopping by! 🙂
Last night, I was messing around with Neat & Tangled’s Awesome die and their Hexastar Cover Plate! Seriously enjoyable! 🙂
Gah! LOVE THESE DIES!!! 🙂
This bright pink card stock is from Paper Source. Fantastic! It’ll called Flamingo. I die. 😉 It is awesomely awesome in person. Much brighter and vibrant that I can capture in a photo on a cloudy day. 😉
Thanks for stopping by! Have a great holiday weekend, USA!
I definitely gravitate to Awesome. Literally. 😉 This card is made with Neat & Tangled’s Awesome die! I so enjoy the way this “Awesome” is written!I
I have always loved Spirograph! My grandparents, that lived next door to us growing up, had a Spirograph kit. I loved using all those colored pens. That set is long gone. *sigh*. BUT, I just “borrowed” my son’s set instead! Bwaaaahaaahaaa! Shhh. 😉
I know who I’m sending this one to! 😉
The Wonky Stitched Rectangle is from My Favorite Things.
Thanks for stopping by! Have a good week!
