Happy Friday the 13th to you! I thought this was a fun idea to make a Paper Smooches card with a chicken inside the TV! 🙂 Haaaaa!
I stamped and masked the TV (to stamp the chicken inside) and then colored the TV and chicken with Copic Markers. I cut the flower frame from patterned paper and added some stitching to it and the card base after scoring. Stitching is also the best kind of “glue”! 😉Paper Smooches products: Wake Up, Boob Tubes + Dies, Word Bubbles, Flower Frame Dies.

Thank you for stopping by! Have a NICE weekend! 🙂
Happiest Friday to you!! 🙂 Today, I’m here to share a fun little ray of sunshine –a sweet little Paper Smooches card. 😉
Oh my word–I ❤ the adorableness of this cute little bear hugging duo! I colored them with Copic Markers and die cut them out. I used Distress Inks to blend on color to a white sheet of cardstock before die cutting the Power Rays. The yellow Power Rays are cut from yellow cardstock. I adhered the bears and the die cut letters to the whole number and did some quick stitching. I finished off this sweet card with a few clear Nuvo drops. I like how they take on the background color and looked colored themselves! 🙂
Paper Smooches goodies used: Comforting Hugs + Dies, Power Rays, Sassy Letters Dies.
Be sure to follow the Paper Smooches Blog for lots of inspiration on using all those stamps in your PS stash! Great fun!! 🙂
Thank you for stopping by! Have a great weekend!
Hola! Thought I’d pop in and freshin’ things up a bit here. I have been busy working on some cards for April and going forward, but wanted to share a quick little cute with you! 🙂
These stamps are from Avery Elle and they are adorable! I thank my friend Amy for letting me borrow them to stamp! 🙂 They are called Party Pals and can be found HERE and their dies HERE.
eeeeeep! Their little squinty faces! 🙂
They are so sweet, holding their little signs!
I VERY rarely use any accoutrements to decorate my cards, so this was extra fun to pick out a few and work with them (see supply name below). These awesome frames whip up cards so fast! love that!
I used Pink Paislee’s Pick Me Up Patterned Paper and Ephemera. Scrapbook and Cards Today Magazine sent these to me for having a card in the recent issue. Have you seen THAT, by the way!!? I am so fortunate to have three cards in this awesome issue! This magazine is has a great layout and flawless writing that you WANT to read! I haven’t submitted since PC&S (RIP) went down, so this is ALL VERY exciting for me!! 🙂 Such fun to hold a REAL MAGAZINE and bonus to find your own cards there in it! Check it out online OR pick up a hard copy at Barnes & Noble.
I colored everything with Copic markers and and used the Pink Paislee to fill in the rest, adding a little stitching of course. 😉
Thanks for stopping by! ❤
Take care– Jill 🙂
It’s been another busy week and another survival of the stomach flu. I’m glad it’s Friday! Hooray!
I’m popping in today sharing another super fun Paper Smooches card. 😉 I just ❤ how this came out using Paper Smooches sets: Promenade and dies, Bitty Bunglalows and dies and the sentiment is from New Beginnings 2. I colored all the elements with Copic Markers and die cut them all out.
For this card, I just masked off a section of the panel and blended on some Distress Oxide inks. I’m not a big purple person, but my goal was to use it a few times this year, and I think I’ve now met that goal and can quit. Haaaaa! But seriously, I thought this turned out fun!
Such a perfect card to send a friend for her new adventure! ❤
Thanks for stopping by! Have a wonderful weekend!
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
I made this card for my son to celebrate today, and I thought I’d pop in quick to share it! 🙂 Such fun!
I colored these little Lawn Fawn cuties back during the Daily Marker 30 Day Challenge, and I’m so glad I did! Because they were just ready to go! 🙂
I’m pretty sure he’s going to ❤ it! 🙂 I’m not sure why I have all these white gel pen blips everywhere, but I must have done that one night in a daze, because it makes me go hmmmmm now! Haaaa!
For this card I used Lawn Fawn’s: You’re Clawsome, and coordinating dies HERE. I used on of my favorite Lawn Fawn Alphabet sets, Milo’s ABCs. This LF Claire’s ABC’s is another good one. 🙂 I also used Lawn Fawn Jet Black (Copic friendly) Ink, and a White Gel Pen. The patterned paper is Lawn Fawn’s Perfectly Plaid Rainbow. ❤
Hope your weekend is a lucky one!
Take care! Jill 🙂
Happy day to you! Today I’m sharing a Toadally fun Paper Smooches card. 😉 I kept this card VERY simple, which is both easy and difficult. I’m sure you can relate if you make cards too.
How fun are these dudes?! I stamped and masked and stamped and masked. I colored them all with Copic Markers in very slightly different ways and added some Glossy Accents to their spots to polish them off before stitching them on.
I thought it would be fun to add a punny sentiment, of course. For this card, the little toads are from A Little Lovin, the *Toadally*is from the great punny set Critter Card Puns and the *dude* is from Slang Gang…. Slang Gang was one of my first Paper Smooches sets and it still gets a lot of <3.
Be sure to follow the Paper Smooches Blog for lots of inspiration on how to you mix and match your Paper Smooches stash! I’ve really been enjoying using all the things! 🙂
Thank you for stopping by! Have a great weekend! Happy St. Pat’s!
I might be the only person excited about Springing the clocks ahead! My son gets up crazy early everyday, and this means that it isn’t quite as early (for the next six months or so), fingers crossed! 🙂
Anyway, I’m popping in to share another card today. I whipped this one up last night using Ellen Hutson’s super cute new set: So Matcha by Julie Ebersole. Julie does it again! ❤
This set is just darling–that’s the best word for it! I colored everything with Copic markers and fussy cut out the images. I stamped the background with a Hero Arts Ombre Pool to Navy pad to create the light to dark on the bamboo. 🙂
As always, I finished this cutie lil’ number off with some simple stitching and Voila!
Looking forward to mailing this very soon! I have a large stack to sit down and address!
Thank you to Ellen Hutson for gifting us these cute sets at our recent crafty get-together! So sweet of you to share your goodness! 🙂
Thanks so much for stopping by again today! Enjoy your Sunday! 🙂
Take care– Jill 🙂
