I have SO enjoyed having the privilege to be the February Guest Designer at Paper Smooches!! Happy 5th Anniversary to Kim and her Paper Smooches!! 🙂 So many great designs in those 5 years! Be sure to follow the celebration on the PS Blog!
My first card uses the new Thank You die. This is such a great basic to have. I was eager and thankful to use this! 😉 I also used the fun Bicycle die.
I cut the strips of dark gray and then started stacking the bright Thank You die cuts. In the end, it sort of reminded me of a school chalkboard and learning cursive writing! Ha! And: Rainbow. *sigh* 😉
Next up: I was also really itching to use the Bird House dies again. I think there are so many more possibilities ahead with these little cuties!! 🙂
I mixed the dies with the the new Fun & Flirty stamp set and the Bitty Bungalows. Eeep! 🙂
I thought the birds wanted a few little add-ons. 😉

My gratitude to Kim, for an AWESOME February of creating and (oh so much) happiness! 🙂 You are truly a gem, Kim! Keep the awesome coming! 🙂 #bigfan. I’m super grateful I’ve had this fun opportunity to create things and share!! 🙂 ❤ ❤
Thanks for popping in! Be sure to check out the Paper Smooches blog! I’ll naturally be using many, many more PS goodies here in the future too! 🙂
Fortunately, I have not been voted off the island as February Guest Designer at Paper Smooches!! 😉 Such fun to use some of my favorites!! Hop over to the PS Blog today!
I will not mention how long this first card took to land on. I tinkered and tinkered and tinkered, and then #boom. Funny how the simplest things take me quite a long time! 😉
The sentiments and fonts in the new Fun & Flirty stamp set can truly hold a card, as you can see here: I mean, really. That’s fun. 🙂
For my second card this week, I used the fun new Wine Glass die! Got things shakin’! 🙂
You are Ridiculously Amazing. My sentiments exactly. Go figure! 🙂 I’m clearly in a Distress Ink watercolor mode, and the results are fun. I decided I don’t enjoy when I make cards too “neat”, so this technique is fitting for me to use! If that makes any sense, at all. LOL 🙂
Love Love Love this Fun & Flirty sentiment set! So fortunate to have it on my desk! 🙂

I simply love the sentiments and fonts in the new Fun & Flirty stamp set. I think I’ve stamped almost every sentiment already! 🙂
Here is my first card this week: I masked and inked a hexagon for the background.
This card also uses the new Rain Boot die! Just so fun and fitting for Spring!! 🙂 When I saw this next sentiment, I couldn’t wait to stamp it! 🙂
I initially did the panel, with the peeks of color. Couldn’t decide if I should just leave it alone or what? So naturally, I stamped the little guys from Space Cadet, creating a fun little backdrop! 😉Love that simple font. ❤

Such fun to get happy mail, with the new Paper Smooches release inside! I think even my mailbox was smiling. 😉
For my first cards this month, I used the new Birdhouse Dies. They are so tweet!! I die cut so many, and I’m tinkering with them on my desk to make more! 🙂
“A Happy Hello” is from the new stamp set, Fun & Flirty, which makes me so happy!! I’ve always been a huge fan of Paper Smooches sentiments, and this one is an awesome addition to the line up! 🙂
Of course, never one to stop making things, I mixed it up with these same dies and stamps to make a second little number:
^^ This one pretty much sums up how I yelped when I saw my card for February HERE! OMG! I’m still reeling with happy! Squeeeee! 🙂
