Rainbow Wishes

Hope your week is going well! Mine has been jam-packed, but last night, I just had to stamp some color! πŸ™‚ So I made these:

Be You. Be Happy. ❀

I figured, if you are stamping rainbows, STAMP some RAINBOWS in bulk . πŸ˜‰ I stitched each one a little different to mix things up. Loving this stamp set and especially ❀ the sentiments and the font they are in. Gah! πŸ™‚

For all these cards, I used Concord & 9th’s Rainbow Wishes . Ahhhh rainbows. ❀

I added a few scoring lines to the top of this. These were an experiment, and I decided I do not like this broken up look in scoring. But now I know, and I certainly was not going to bin these just because of that little detail. Not tragic. πŸ˜‰

I also stamped envelopes with Concord & 9th’s little stamp set. πŸ™‚

Well, that is all for now! πŸ™‚

Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope wherever you live, you are experiencing a nicer Spring season. Haaaa! We are not having typical weather, but rather a continuing winter. Ugh.

Enjoy the rest of your week!

Take care– Jill πŸ™‚

Little Hellos

If there is one thing I can always count on to jump start the crafty flow again, it’s a card challenge. I try and participate in them regularly because they are always so enjoyable for me! πŸ™‚

Therefore, this Lawn Fawnatics Challenge worked out swimmingly because I wanted to make a handful of simple fun cards. Boom. Done! πŸ™‚

The current Lawn Fawnatics Challenge is just that–check it out HERE.

This one uses Lawn Fawn’s Aloha stamp set and die. Love. It.

This one uses Lawn Fawn’s Winter Unicorn stamp set (and dies) and the sentiment is from Beam Me Up.

These two cutie Dinos are from Lawn Fawn’s Rawr stamp set and dies.

All these are from Lawn Fawn’s lil’ mini stamp sets and I always ❀ them!Β  πŸ™‚

I colored all these images with Copic Markers (I think I colored all of them for a round of the Daily Marker 30 day challenge? Another reason why I love that challenge–images are ready to go for “someday”!) and stenciled on the heart background (using a negative cut out in my scrap bin.) with Distress Oxide Inks.

Be sure to check out the challenge and join in HERE! Fun fun!

Have a great week!

Yay! Love!

Hola! Thought I’d pop in and freshin’ things up a bit here. I have been busy working on some cards for April and going forward, but wanted to share a quick little cute with you! πŸ™‚

These stamps are from Avery Elle and they are adorable! I thank my friend Amy for letting me borrow them to stamp! πŸ™‚ They are called Party Pals and can be found HERE and their dies HERE.

eeeeeep! Their little squinty faces! πŸ™‚

They are soΒ  sweet, holding their little signs!

I VERY rarely use any accoutrements to decorate my cards, so this was extra fun to pick out a few and work with them (see supply name below). These awesome frames whip up cards so fast! love that!

I used Pink Paislee’s Pick Me Up Patterned Paper and Ephemera. Scrapbook and Cards Today Magazine sent these to me for having a card in the recent issue. Have you seen THAT, by the way!!? I am so fortunate to have three cards in this awesome issue! This magazine is has a great layout and flawless writing that you WANT to read! I haven’t submitted since PC&S (RIP) went down, so this is ALL VERY exciting for me!! πŸ™‚ Such fun to hold a REAL MAGAZINE and bonus to find your own cards there in it! Check it out online OR pick up a hard copy at Barnes & Noble.

Sooooooo awesome!

I colored everything with Copic markers and and used the Pink Paislee to fill in the rest, adding a little stitching of course. πŸ˜‰

Thanks for stopping by! ❀

For this card, I used Lawn Fawn’s new Lights Out and the sentiment from the new adorable Little Fireflies. Adorable! Looking forward to making them glow in the dark for my son on a future card. πŸ™‚

I white heat embossed these cuties on watercolor paper and watercolored them with Distress Inks. I was on a roll last night. πŸ™‚ I do ❀ smiling things!

Good Vibes Only

Have you seen this month’s Pin-Sights Challenge over on Ellen Hutson? It’s good. Let me show you:

oooooooo so fun! I have been wanting to play along and finally got around to feeling good and made one last night. πŸ™‚

Here’s my card:

How cute are these guys, weathering the storm? ❀

I made this card using Ellen Hutson’s super cute sets: Totally Random Sayings Vol. 1 by Julie Ebersole, Bear Ware (and dies) Bear Ware 2 (and dies). I also used Neat & Tangled’s Geometric Blooms stencil to add a smidge of background.

I watercolored these images with Distress Inks and added some stitching. πŸ™‚

I hope you have time to jump in on this current EH Challenge too! I’d love to sneak another one in, but that could be a pipe dream. Ha!

Party Time with Rainbows!

Happy Sunday! Hope your weekend has been great thus far! I’m still waiting to get back to my normal self, with some energy and feeling good, but in the meantime, thought I’d share a few cards I made a couple of weeks back.

These stamps were gifted to us at our recent retreat from Pinkfresh Studio-Thank You! Such fun! I am particularly a fan of this sweet set called Party Animal. I thought I’d attempt a bold, but speedy birthday card and it worked out swimmingly! πŸ™‚

First I pieced together three panels of different colored scraps and then die cut the frame around it for continuity. I then stamped out my images for a fun little party! πŸ™‚

These next two cards I had to make using the Rainbow in the set Dream On. I always love a rainbow! πŸ™‚ Pssssst…. I see you can grab this Dream On set for a super deal right now! Wow!

For these, I stamped, Copic colored, and fussy cut out all the images. I added them to THIS awesome Reverse Confetti tag, Sunburst Tag Layer. I added sequins as a shaker to the one, but I wasn’t convinced I completely loved that, so I kept the other one more simple. The jury is out on which I like better overall? πŸ™‚

I made these for some crafty friends! Hope it brightens their mailboxes! ❀

Have an awesome week ahead! Enjoy!

Take care! Jill πŸ™‚

You’re Good Luck!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

I made this card for my son to celebrate today, and I thought I’d pop in quick to share it! πŸ™‚ Such fun!

I colored these little Lawn Fawn cuties back during the Daily Marker 30 Day Challenge, and I’m so glad I did! Because they were just ready to go! πŸ™‚

I’m pretty sure he’s going to ❀ it! πŸ™‚ I’m not sure why I have all these white gel pen blips everywhere, but I must have done that one night in a daze, because it makes me go hmmmmm now! Haaaa!

For this card I used Lawn Fawn’s: You’re Clawsome, and coordinating dies HERE. I used on of my favorite Lawn Fawn Alphabet sets, Milo’s ABCs. This LF Claire’s ABC’s is another good one. πŸ™‚ I also usedΒ Lawn Fawn Jet Black (Copic friendly) Ink, and a White Gel Pen. The patterned paper is Lawn Fawn’sΒ Perfectly Plaid Rainbow. ❀

Hope your weekend is a lucky one!

Take care! Jill πŸ™‚
