Hello Love

Happy Friday to you all!! I am excited about not packing lunch tonight!! 🙂 Anyone else find great joy in that little thing? ha!!

Today, I’m here to share a very FUN Paper Smooches card. 😉 This is by far, my most favorite technique to make anything! Stripes of cardstock inlaid! 🙂

I just adhere down a bunch of strips on a piece of recycled paper and then die cut it.

The bonus part is, if you are careful not to lose any bits, you get TWO cards!!

Rainbowtastic!   I could make these allllll day! I ❤ this die!! 🙂

For these cards, I simply used the awesome Paper Smooches: Hello Love die.

Have a GREAT weekend!!

Hello, Love

Finally got around to using the Paper Smooches Hello Love Die! 🙂

hawkins_jill_hello love_wmI think this die is awesome for everyday cards, and naturally, I wanted to try it with stripes first. I didn’t have a whole lot of time when I sat down to make this card. This die is a little trickier to inlay at first go, because you need to get the puzzle pieces all just right, without shifting the word too much. If that makes any sense? 😉 I did learn how to make swifter work of it for next time! 🙂

The faux stitched and embossed panel, that I found in my stash, is made from My Favorite Things dies. 🙂

Have a great week!! 🙂
