Here’s my take on MFT Sketch Challenge #284. This challenge come from the My Favorite Things Challenge & Inspiration Blog!I love to mix up colors, so I used Spearmint, Persimmon, Nightshift and Cement Gray. ahhhh 🙂
I die cut the chevron stripes and used the one in between as another strip. If you don’t snip them apart, you actually get three different chevron strips vs. two. Hopefully I can keep them together! I laid those up, then die cut them into the peek-a-boo circle. Inlaid that, die cut some lines, embossed on vellum, and stitched on the sentiment. LOVE the “You are Freaking Amazing” stamp. I always reach for it. 🙂
I took this photo both early this morning, and just this evening. Neither time grabbed the colors fantastically, but so it goes. A never-ending issue. 🙂My card is made with supplies at My Favorite Things. Die-namics: Blueprints 13, Chevron Stripes, LJD Peek-a-boo Circle Windows, Basic Stitched Lines. Stamps: Amazing. Card stock: Spearmint, Persimmon, Cement Gray, Smooth White and Nightshift.
