DieCember from Simon Says Stamp!

I’m pretty sure the word DieCember from Simon Says Stamp was meant for me! I enjoy a great die and this one I’m sharing today is just that! I could not enjoy this sentiment more. ❀

For this card, I did one of my favorite alllllll time things and cut these strips of paper all up and glued them on some paper. Then I die cut the sentiment die from white cardstock and added that on top. I debated doing an inlay here and then getting two cards from one, but I ended up just putting the sentiment on top to POP!

This is such a great sentiment to give to your kids or your dear friends! Everyone would love to hear this news!Β  I reverse scored the card panel quite a bit (I can never get enough scoring! πŸ˜‰ ) and then added everything on top. I finished it off with some stitching. Rainbowtastic!

You can find this die available over at Simon Says Stamp HERE. It’s called:Β SSS YOU’RE DOING AWESOME Wafer Die for DieCember!

I also used Paper Smooches Postage Stamp dies to give this great sentiment a little frame action. Love the rainbow! I may have said that already. πŸ™‚

Thanks toΒ Simon Says Stamp for having me along to celebrate this DieCember release! ❀ I’m so glad I was able to use this die and share! ❀

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great weekend!

Take care–Jill

Love

Hope you are ready to jump-start your weekend?! I’m always glad for the reprieve of packing lunch! How funny is that? πŸ™‚

For my card today, I used the following Paper Smooches products: Smoocheroos, Postage Stamp Dies, Inchies Dies. I really wanted to try to use the smallest stamps in the Smoocheroos set and see if I could make a card work. I like it!! πŸ™‚ Such fun to use the “less obvious” stamps in a set.

I like how those little guys ended up being the focal point. πŸ™‚

They are super cute, right? Awwww! I used Hero Arts Ombre Pad for the background sentiment. Worked out well–less guess-work! Hooray! πŸ™‚
We have another busy weekend ahead, but in a few weekends , I see a little space on the calendar…. shhhhhhh! πŸ™‚ We’ll need it!
Thanks for stopping by today and take care–

Hello… Friday!

AreΒ  you ready for the weekend? I am! Though I have lots to do, so I probably shouldn’t be–haaaaa!

Today I’m sharing a card using the NEWΒ Paper Smooches Tiny Stars! OH my stars! I love how festive this shaker turned out! πŸ™‚ You cannot beat having this little die around for stars o’plenty!

For the frame I used Paper Smooches Postage Stamp dies. The background is the new Stitched Square Die. (I dry embossed that. Those dies are probably my favorite for doing embossing! Perfect texture πŸ™‚ ) The Hello is another favorite die from PS (Layered Hello Die), because you can use just one *hello* or layer it! πŸ˜‰

I hope you have had a minute to check out all the new stitching dies from Paper Smooches!

Also, be sure to pop over to the Paper Smooches Blog and check out Kim’s wonderfully exciting news about her family’s new adventure! I’m so very happy for her! ❀ ❀

Hope your weekend is AWESOME! Jill πŸ™‚

Hello Again! :)

Happy Friday! I’m popping in with a card using Paper Smooches NEW November goodies! πŸ™‚

For this card I used: New Deco Edge Dies, New Layered Hello Dies, and the previously released Postage Stamp Dies.

I just love how this card turned out! Definitely one of my favorite kind of cards that includes a lot of white and some simple clean, designs that POP! These cards always take a little longer than you’d think to make, but in the end, ❀ them and really enjoy making them!

I added a few layers of the hello to give it some girth. πŸ™‚ I think I even doubled up on the Postage Stamp dies. ❀ These new Deco Edge dies are crazy versatile for edges, or underneath or just here as a background. They are well-loved already! πŸ™‚

All the November release from Paper Smooches can be found HERE! Such sweetness!

Have a GREAT weekend!

Thanks for stopping by!

To Do: Breezy Thoughts…

Happy, Happy Friday!

I’m sharing a Paper Smooches card today that I wish I was currently living in! LOL! πŸ™‚

Can’t you smell the salt water breeze? πŸ™‚ Or hear the Lake winds? πŸ˜‰

For this card, I used Paper Smooches fun new Daily Diary set which is super fabulous for lists, planners, notes…but also, for CARDS! (I ❀ that little box and check mark–especially when it is checked off!) These PS dies are also new, Postage Stamp dies, and come in a set of FOUR! The Lighthouse die just rocks! πŸ™‚

That’s all for today! Next week is our DT Hop to celebrate October’s release! How crazy is that? Where is September running off to? πŸ™‚

Have a Great WEEKEND!
