My Favorite Things is celebrating 10 years!! How exciting! Happy Birthday to MFT, Kim, and the whole MFT team!! 🙂
I’m sneaking this in for the little bonus challenge this month. Details can be found HERE! For my use of 10, I used TEN FLOWERS! 🙂
This color combo is not totally my thing, but I figured I’d share it anyway. 🙂
Here’s another card I made last year with the Buildable Blooms set. This one might be my favorite. 🙂
My entry card is made with the following supplies at My Favorite Things. Build-able Blooms, Stripes Cover Up (retired), Razzle Berry. 🙂
Thanks for dropping in and again, Happy Birthday, MFT!! Keep up the fun!! 🙂
Have a good week!
Here’s my take on MFT Sketch Challenge #286. My Favorite Things Challenge & Inspiration Blog!I made a horizontal card which, feels a little foreign to me nowadays. 🙂
I used this MFT diagonal coverup, so the sketch took an angle by default. 😉
I die cut everything and then did some stitching. Finally, I added glossy accents to all the letters. I was on the fence about doing that, but it always adds a little pop of fun, I think. If only I didn’t get hand cramps from squeezing my Glossy Accents bottle. Haaaa! 🙂
Bonus! I used the colors from the Color Throwdown Challenge this week–#398! When I saw that awesome combo this week, I was hoping to get in on it 🙂 Success! So summery and spunky! Check out their Color Challenge this (and every) week HERE.
My card is made with supplies at My Favorite Things. Die-namics: Stitched Cover Up Companion Diagonal, and the Highrise Lower Case Alphabet. Card stock: Smooth White, Black Licorice, Limelight, Lemon Drop, Razzle berry, and Cherry Crisp.
Thanks for stopping by! 🙂
This week is MFT Sketch Challenge #272! (My Favorite Things Challenge & Inspiration blog.)I have a weakness for iconic Peeps! Not so much eating them, but their sweetness! 😉
Totally random note, as I was making this, I just grabbed ink pads, not sure how many peeps it would take to complete the circle. And I just noticed they are ROYGBIV! Totally not intentional, and I love that Rainbow just happens. Haaaa! 🙂
My card is made with supplies at My Favorite Things: Die-namics Blueprints 24, Stitched Mini Scalloped Circle STAX. Stamps: Candy Jar Companions. Card stock: Ripe Raspberry and Smooth White.
Thanks for poppin’ by! 🙂
It’s time to interpret MFT Sketch Challenge #271! (My Favorite Things Challenge & Inspiration blog.)Definitely in a Spring kind of mood with this color combo lately…Green! 🙂
I do enjoy this MFT stamp set. I used the Large Rectangle from Blueprints 24 and just double die cut it. 🙂
My card is made with supplies at My Favorite Things: Die-namics Blueprints 24. Stamps: LLD Undeniable Chemistry. Card stock: Green Room and Smooth White.
Thanks for stopping by and for the kind comments! 🙂
Rockin’ along with MFT Sketch Challenge #270! (My Favorite Things Challenge & Inspiration blog.)This may be my most literal take on any sketch ever. LOL. 🙂
For this card, I was inspired by the one and only, my friend, Susan R. Opel. Susan literally writes the blog on inspiration, so I find it fitting. ♥ SRO has an eye for fashion (and other fun) inspired card creations. Check out these examples of Susan’s awesome inspirations: HERE, HERE, and HERE. I mean, Yo! That’s fun. 🙂
Way back in October (?), I was flipping through TV channels late one night, and saw Julianna Margulies on Stephen Colbert. Checkout her spectacular Chevron dress!! 🙂 It stuck in my head, and I told Susan I would just have to make something inspired by it. 😉

Squeaking one in for the MFT Sketch Challenge this week: Sketch #264. (My Favorite Things Challenge & Inspiration blog.)
Here’s my take: Abstracting and label making love. ❤
And the Stitched Heart STAX! So <3. I put everything on a wonky angle, because apparently that’s what I do! 😉I used the Abstract Stencil, spraying pink & gray Copics with the Distress Marker Sprayer. It’s always on my desk, but I’m trying to clean and purge. So I moved it to a “better location” and it took me 10 minutes to find it. I think I function better in the organized chaos? Ha! 🙂
My card is made with the following supplies at My Favorite Things: Die-namics: Stitched Heart STAX, Wonky Stitched Rectangle STAX. Stamps: Label Maker Love. Stencil: Abstract. Card stock and Inks (Tickled Pink and Gravel Gray)

Thanks for popping in!
Another week, another MFT Sketch Challenge. Sketch #263 on the My Favorite Things Challenge & Inspiration blog. Yana’s guest projects over there this month are fun!! 🙂
Here’s my take: Love. This. Chemistry. ❤
I stamped gray on gray here, but the ink really soaked into the card stock overnight. Wacky.
Also, I believe this is a flask, not a beaker. But I color owls blue. So, you know. All is fair in creative endeavors, right? 😉
Laina’s newly released sets for January make me so very happy! The minute I saw it, I knew there was Undeniable Chemistry! 🙂
My card is made with the following supplies at My Favorite Things: Die-namics: LLD Chemistry Set, Basic Edges, File Folder Edges, Wonky Stitched Rectangle STAX (LOVE!), Stitched Fishtail Banners. Stamps: Undeniable Chemistry. Card stock and Inks.
Thanks for stopping in!
