Stamp Joy Exclusives now available!

Taylored Expressions has a New Release today!ย  It has the products from the Spring Virtual Stamp Joy event! And they are good ones, for sure!

There is a bunch of new rainbow goodness in this release that I cannot wait to use myself! But let’s get started with what I did use today, shall we?!

First up, I have the Kaleidoscope Cutting Plate which was super fun to make. I was inspired by… can you guess?ย Good n Plenty candy! ๐Ÿ™‚

I also used two sentiments from the A Few Phrases set, which is a small little set that packs a punch with a bunch of well used sentiments.

This took a wee bit to piece all the Good n Plenties in ๐Ÿ˜‰ , but I think in the end it was SO worth it! I love to do this while watching TV because you don’t have think–you just need to match up the puzzle pieces and be sure to NOT lose them! I finished this off with some stitching and some Cosmic Bits. ๐Ÿ™‚

Also, in case you missed it–there is a NEW gift with purchase over at TE this October month–it is called Winter Village. You can check out all the cards I made with this stamp on my post from Tuesday: HERE.

All these products are available now over at Taylored Expressions. See my links belowย  ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks so much for stopping by –I can’t wait to use those rainbows too!

Fun Stamp Joy Exclusives! Now released…

This week is Stamp Joy atย  Taylored Expressions! ๐Ÿ™‚ Because of the current state of the universe, Stamp Joy has been taking place online. This is different, but also lovely because it means Stamp Joy is available to everyone who can join virtually (and if you sign up ๐Ÿ˜‰ ). The next Stamp Joy is actually later this week. If you signed up a little while back, you know all about it. If you didn’t get to sign up for this one, keep your eyes open for details on the next. Will it be in person? Online? It’s hard to guess.

Anywho–point being, there are products that are gifted as part of one’s registration to Stamp Joy, and today, Taylored Expressions is releasing the previous Stamp Joy goodies for everyone to be able to purchase them…or maybe you wanted to get a set and gift it to a stamping friend? Now is the time. ๐Ÿ™‚

For my card today, I used the Social Butterflies set. This set is simply delightful and I am looking forward to creating a card set with it! ๐Ÿ™‚

I had to make two! ๐Ÿ™‚

I especially love this textured stamp–I think this is fun to use on it’s own too!

And this next one, I simplified, but then decided to stitch the butterfly trails, complicating things. ha! I am not super skilled at stitching in whirley q’s.

And because I almost always have to use the Petite Scalloped Rectangle Stacklets, I used those here too. Naturally. ๐Ÿ˜‰

But the stitched little trails are kind of a fun and different detail too. ๐Ÿ™‚

These are so simple to create and all the options you can mix up so easily makes it that much better! ๐Ÿ™‚

All these products are available now over at Taylored Expressions.

Both Social Butterflies Cards:

Find the TE Blog Post HERE with more crafty inspiration from the TE Creative Team! Certain to be fun and stuffed with great ideas!

Thanks so much for stopping by! ย Have a fun week and enjoy Stamp Joy if you are “going”! ๐Ÿ™‚

Take care ๐Ÿ™‚

A Sweet TE Gift Card Set!

Happy Wednesday to you all! Today, I am popping in with something fun to share. ๐Ÿ™‚ A few friends and I decided we wanted to use our Taylored Expressions Stamp Joy gifts to make Gift Sets for giving this holiday season. So we decided to do it together and set a date to share! Today is the day ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m also sharing some fun news here at the end…

If you have never experienced Taylored Expressions Stamp Joy, I truly cannot recommend it enough. In normal years, it is held in October in Iowa, in person and it is a fun filled couple days of classes, crafting, shopping, eating and prizes. So. Much. Fun.ย  Of course, this past Fall, in the not normal, TE Stamp Joy was held online and it was a great success. The bonus was: If you cannot normally travel to Iowa to join the fun, this was a great opportunity!

The fun part is, when you sign up, you get a goodie bag and these were a part of that: Full of Flowers, Clear and Cling Combo, Coordinating stencils and Full of Flowers Singles. I was happy to finally ink them up. โค

For my cards, I used mostly the Full of Flowers; Clear and Cling Combo andย Coordinating stencils. I stamped the background in Mushroom on two and in Toffee on two. For the lighter card, I used the following ink colors: Peaches n Cream, Lemon, Confetti Cake, Spearmint and Mint Julep. (The light two ended up being my faves.) The darker ones, I used: Sweet Potato Pie, Pineapple, Gumball, Sweet Basil and Granny Smith.

For all the sentiments, I used Simple Stripsย that I had already stamped and embossed. I also used the Simple Strips backer strips for each in Toffee.

I made this set for a friend, and I am thinking she will love having them to send. Fingers crossed. ๐Ÿ™‚

I added stitching to each SS Backer Strip before putting on the Simple Strips with TE Foam Strips.

I thought I’d use a mixture of sentiments for various occasions too. They came together lovely and quick using the stencils to blend on the different colored inks with the TE Blender Brushes.

I was trying to catch the daylight so please forgive me for not mixing up the order to show the different cards. This is what happens when you are rushing. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I want to give this as a gift, so I used one of the TE Clear Card Boxes to tuck them all into with Toffee Envelopes and Envelope Seals. I also created a tag using the Tag Stacklets 2 and one of the sentiments from the Full of Flowers Singles.

Here’s a view of the side. I just alternated stacking the cards, to have them fit better inside the box.

And here is a quick pic of the back, with the envelope seals from the Field Notes release. โค

I’m hoping this card set will be well loved and used. ๐Ÿ™‚

You can find the TE goodies I used (excluding the Exclusive Stamp Joy stamps/stencils) in the Taylored Expressions Shop HERE.

And the fun news is this: Taylored Expressions Stamp Joy in MARCH 2021!! ๐Ÿ™‚

Registration opens on January 11th, so you’ll want to mark your calendars so you don’t miss it! Get on the email notifications list HERE! And be sure to check out all the info on the Taylored Expressions Blog Today HERE.

SO. MUCH. FUN!! ๐Ÿ™‚ If you are undecided on whether this event would interest you, I recommend just getting on the list and being in the know. You can always decide later. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Thanks to my friends for helping me get this all done in time for Christmas giving and thank YOU for stopping by! Happy December!

Take care-
