You Are Amazing!

Happy Wednesday to you! I thought I’d pop in with a quick post to share a fun Taylored Expressions card I made! This stencil and this blend makes me say oooooooo! 🙂

This new Folk Art Tulip Stencil is a new favorite of mine–so enjoyable! And after I made this card, I was thinking, I should have made 6 or 7 of them! ❤

The colors of this are so Spring like to me and the timing is perfect because I feel like we might finally be turning a page here. Fingers crossed. I also super love this sentiment. ❤

I love how crisp this turned out in the end. Anytime masking is involved and doesn’t *leak*, I am always excited about that! 🙂 I added some stitching to finish it all off.

One TE Product, Three Ways

Good Morning–I hope you are having a great week! We are dealing with the time change and the mornings are now dark again, which is rough. 🙂

Anywho–I’m here today to share a few Taylored Expressions cards! Our Design Team challenge was to pick something and use it Three Ways–So naturally, I chose the Christmas Tree Stacklets. Haaaaa!

This first one might be my favorite, because I love to rainbow everything! It’s usually a big win in my book! And I love geometric cards, so this card checks all the boxes!

The Triangles all came together flawlessly and then I die cut the whole thing with the Petite Scalloped frame, before adding the *Hello* die cut and stitching. ❤

Next up, this card showcases the Stacklets as windows! I love these little cuties poking out of them!

I foiled the background of this panel. If you have ever tried photographing a foiled card, you know how tricky it can be! But I did the best I could to get a decent photo and I just smile at the fun of the whole thing! It feels very *Go Team*!

Last, but most certainly not least, I used the whole stacklet die to cut out triangles before mixing them up and piecing them allllll back together.

I thought I’d mix it up with a little funky color combo and using Blue Corn vs. Oreo. I love the Blue Corn color, so I try to sneak that in as an Oreo substitute whenever I can. 😉

I added some stitching to finish this card off, and I just love how it turned out! 🙂 I did forget to glue the little tittle about the *i* on though….shhhhh 🙂

I hope you enjoy these ideas to rethink all the supplies you have in your stash! As you can see, you’d never really connect Christmas to this die set, seeing these cards! I’m a huge fan of stretching our supplies, and I loved creating these three cards!

Check out the my supplies below and the Taylored Expressions  Blog HERE, as I know they are sharing lots of projects with this Three Way idea! The TE Design Crew is amazing! 🙂

Some Bunny…

Happy Weekend to you! I thought I’d pop in with a quick post sharing a cutie lil’ Taylored Expressions card!

This card cracks me up!! The little On A Hinge chick with swinging legs is enough to giggle, but then add some bunny ears from Flip the Script-Bunny Tag… gah! ❤

I colored this little guy with Copic Markers.

I’m pretty sure my son is going to get a kick out of this guy and his swinging legs! 🙂

Taylored Expressions: February Release!

Welcome to Release Day for Taylored Expressions February Release! Are you ready for some cuteness? I am!!

My first card here features the NEW Cutting Edge – Spring cuties, all Copic  colored and die cut out. And then STACKED!! I mean, really–who doesn’t love a cute stack, with them all peeping out of these little port holes?!

I used the new Peaches n’ Cream again–I told you it is my new favorite–shhhh! 😉

Goodness me, too cute! For the background on the panel there, I used the new Folk Art Tulip stencil.

Next up, this adorable little set that is fantastic to share with kids or just keep to yourself. wink wink. It’s called Inky Fingers, and it is super sweet! ❤

Those bunny ears though!! 🙂 I used my fingers to stamp each little body there and filled in the little ears and rays with Copic Markers afterward.

I popped them all into these sweet little Hinged Insta-Frames and made them each shine on their own. I also used the NEW Backstory – Easter Background stamp for the card panel, stamped in Mint.

And as a little something extra special (to me, the completely biased writer here): Here is a sweet little card my son made! Here’s the in progress photo…I’d have cleaned up my desk mat there if I knew we were going to be taking photos and this video to share! It was very impromptu cardmaking here! Ha!

Always picks Candy Corn because it is Orange and it is called Candy Corn! 🙂 He wanted to make a heart of hearts–that is what all those little pictures are. ❤ Just melts me!

I even have a little video of fast motion if you’d like to watch? Here you go:

My hubby took his new card to work–how sweet is all this! ❤ Makes my heart so happy! It’s love inside love inside love! 🙂

Urban sombrero anyone? Haaaaa!! 🙂 Stay Weird– ❤ ! Oh and I used all three of the NEW colors!! Peaches n’ Cream, Raspberry Sorbet, and Spearmint! My favorite is the Peaches n’ Cream…but don’t tell the Sorbet. 😉

He is alllll decked out!! I also used the new Geo Quad Background for the llama’s backdrop–stamped in Spearmint. I’m loving this background stamp–use a little or a lot!

Next up, I have this super cutie card using the new Look Who’s Talking. I just squeak every time I see these  cute little bears! 🙂

Eeep! Look at them peeking out! I can’t handle the cuteness!! For this background, I used the new Double Diamond stencil with Cupcake ink. Just loving that little bit of somethin’ somethin’ back there. ❤

Taylored Expressions Sneak Peeks: Day 2

Welcome back to Day Two of Taylored Expressions February Release Week! If you missed my post yesterday sharing day one, I’ll link you up down below. 🙂

This first card is a blended, bright celebration using the forthcoming Third Day Border die and Inside Scoop-Easter Blessings. I blended inks on and wanted to keep it fairly simple from there.

I used the previously released Here Comes the Sun stencil on the inside of the card. I think it is the perfect touch!

The next card here, I used the new Pretty Posies stamp and the Words of Faith Easter sentiment. I so enjoy the lovely Pretty Posies frame. You must check out what the rest of the TE Team made, because they made BEAUTIFUL cards with it! 🙂

Again, I went with a simple design to showcase these sentiments. The Posies are white heat embossed and I am always a fan of that on the Toffee. 🙂

On the inside, I again used a stencil to add a little extra touch. This stencil is the forthcoming Folk Art Tulip. I just blended on some Toffee ink lightly.

Lovely cards to celebrate the Easter season. ❤

Taylored Expressions Sneak Peeks! Day 1

Hello! Are you ready for Taylored Expressions new February Release?! I am!! 🙂

For these first cards, I used the new Hip Hop Bunny with the Triangle Toss Stencil. This little dude is a new favorite of mine–look at that face!! Hilarious! ❤

And the sentiment is just the end all be all with that face! Haaaaaa!! Love it! I used purple–just wanted to add that little note, because I am not a purple person. LOL! 🙂

Goodness, this cracks me up! This stencil is the perfect backdrop for him and I thought it fun to use the rays to spray the confetti out. I just layered the stencils to get the effect. 😉

The next card I made with the new Stacked Seasons Background. I enjoy this so much, especially after the bitter cold days we just experienced.

I stamped this one with Oreo ink and colored it all in with Copic Markers. Look at those cuties peeking out. 😉

I colored both of these cards with Copic Markers on Sugar Cube and added some stitching to finish them both off.
