Technique Tuesday: Day 1 of the August Release Countdown

Today we are showing Day One of the Technique Tuesday countdown to the new August release! Oh goodness–it is a FULL one! 🙂 Such fun!

This card showcases the new uber fun Sassy Vacation Memories Stamp Set. The sentiment is also stamped on a new diecut from the Captions and Labels Crafting Dies: I love that little ticket look, but I just couldn’t squeeze the coordinating stamp on from the forthcoming new set My Trip Stamp Set. .The die cut worked out just fine alone though. 😉 (*These links will all work once the sets are released on August 1st.)

I colored all the images with Copic Markers and added a few little tidbits with a white gel pen. I made the die cut and stamped the sentiment on there and set it aside. Then, while I held my breath, I added all the crazy stitching. I meant to fill it in a little more on the bottom there, but I completely forgot until seeing this photo just now. Ack! 🙂

This new Sassy stamp set, Sassy Vacation Memories Stamp Set is of course a favorite of this release. Teri speaks my language. I always love the sentiments that make me laugh. ❤

Technique Tuesday Release Day! July!

The day has come for all the new Technique Tuesday July products to be available HERE!

I adore this little bug set so much!! Another win from Teri Anderson! 🙂

For this fresh new card, I used Technique Tuesday’s new Bugs and Kisses stamp set. I colored the cute bees with Copic Markers and fussy cut them out. I then used an old Fiskars punch for the small hexagons and scored the panel. I added some stitching and adhered everything on. Love how cute these bees are! 🙂

Technique Tuesday: Day 1 of the July Release Countdown

Today we are showing Day One of the Technique Tuesday countdown to the new July release! It’s full of outdoor goodness! 🙂

I forgot how hard it is to photograph a dark card. But I enjoy how this sweet butterfly pops!

For this card, I used the soon to be released, Butterfly on the Border Crafting Die.  (Link will work on July 1st when products are released.) I also used the previously released Flowers for Her stamp set for the sentiment.

I die cut the butterfly from the black and then pieced in the orange cardstock. Afterward I added some white gel pen highlights and some stitching. I mailed this card to my Grandmother yesterday ❤️.

Be sure to check out the NEW products from Technique Tuesday HERE! (Again, these new products above will be available via their links on July 1st!)

Technique Tuesday Release Day! June!

The day has come for all the new Technique Tuesday June products to be available HERE!

For this fresh new card, I used Technique Tuesday’s new Strawberry Stamp Set and the new Jam Jar Labels Crafting Dies. For this, I stamped the strawberries with Versafine ink and then I decided at the end, I wanted to color that one strawberry. Well, I was too far along to turn back now. Since Versafine is not Copic marker friendly, I pulled out my Prismacolor pencils. Whooohooo! I quite enjoy how it all turned out in the end. 🙂

I added a smidge of stitching and some twine, and the card was complete!

Be sure to head over the Technique Tuesday Blog HERE so you can check out all the DT’s projects. I always enjoy seeing them!

June Release Countdown, Day 2 from Technique Tuesday!

Welcome to Day TWO of Technique Tuesday’s June Release Countdown! Orange you glad we found each other. 🙂 That’s my card today! 🙂

These cutie little oranges and sentiment are from the new soon to be released TT set called, Funny Fruits Stamp Set and the coordinating dies are HERE. (Links will work once these products are released on June 1st.) I ❤ this new set! Too fun! This set has fun little faces you can stamp onto all the funny fruits, which I love! For this card though, I went googley eyes, of course. 😉

I colored the oranges with Copic markers, added the googley eyes. After that, I adhered them both with foam tape to some patterned paper I cut out with TT’s Memo Pad Card dies. To finish it off,  I added some twine, a little stitching, and adhered it all to a scored card base. 🙂

Be sure to check out the NEW products from Technique Tuesday HERE! (The new products shown above will be available via those links tomorrow, June 1st! 🙂
