Grad/Congrats Release from TE!

Hello all! It’s been a minute, hasn’t it? Phew!

Taylored Expressions has a New Release today that includes products for celebrating GRADUATES and includes many things to celebrate accomplishments, birthdays, “way to go” etc etc. One of the most exciting things is there is a new Create-In-Quads stencil set! Score! 🙂

Let’s get this party started with the Create-In-Quads: Hooray set, shall we?

You can use the Create in Quads Cardstock to create (4) A2 size card creations. It works swimmingly–I prefer it to a full sheet just for ease. 😉

For my cards, I leaned in on the celebrate side of things vs. several graduation cards. I like the idea of having happy Congrats cards ready to go and Celebrate!

I stenciled all the card panels first, and then die cut the You Did It from the first one. I added some fun foam underneath to give it a little oomph and then pieced the letters back on top. I love when there are bold word dies  to use for this technique! 🙂

It’s a party, for sure!! You Did It!! 🙂

Next here is a grad one for sure! 🙂 These products are great because you can customize them to the graduates school colors, but I thought it would be fun to just do bright colors as well. Sometimes you don’t know the colors you need or you have several grads to celebrate, all graduating from different institutions. The 2022 is a pre cut Die Cut and those come in Silver and Oreo. So snag a pack of those and be ready to go!

I love this banner one too! You’re a Star is from the High Five sentiment set. I heat embossed that on Blueberry and added a Simple Strip from the original Simple Strips Background.

I super enjoy how these banners turned out and truth be told, I was trying for this effect, but somehow, it came out that way and now I will!  Ha! 🙂

I finished it off with the Stitched Rectangle Stacklets set and the Petite Scallop Rectangle Set, to cut the panels. Some stitching and some Clear Drip Drops and it’s a party for sure!

This last card includes the All You Need stamp and it’s a good one. While it is perfect for Grads, I think this can be used anytime as a card of encouragement too.

I love the star border and I just added a few splatters to “festive it up” even more!

Next up, I created an Infinite Shaker card with the Infinite Shaker panels and the You Did It layering stencil. I simply masked off the letters as I ink blended TE Inks on in different colors!

Of course, I had to add alllllllllllll the bits in. I had just a smattering of the Confetti Clay Dots left so I snuck those in too. 🙂

This card is definitely a PARTY!! 🙂

Last up, is the Bokeh Star Background and this is a fun one for sure… I did the lowest layer in Sugar Cube and Sea Salt Ink to create a bokeh look in the end. I love these stencil sets. You can create such subtle layers that are fun for effect. They might show up better in person vs. in the photos? 🙂

I used the Sea Salt cardstock for this one and it turned out great! These are so fun to blend together.

I finished this one with the Frame in Frame 2 die and the One the Block-Happy with a Simple Strip from the Simple Strips-Birthday set. The die cut stars are from the Gathered Stars die–alllll the sizes. I need to get this Bokeh Stars stencil set out and just make backgrounds to have on the ready. 🙂 So many uses!
