Happy Summer! Just popping in with a couple quicker cards I made last week. It was a crazy week, but I did sneak these in and felt better! 🙂
I used my Zig Clean Color pens to watercolor these in. (Then I photographed them with Copic markers, and I think that is just funny! Shows how time crunched things got.) I finished them with some stitching and some Wink of Stella sparkle.
I can’t wait to use more of these stamps soon! SO fun! 🙂 I used Avery Elle’s The Scoop. I think this set is delightful, and would also pair awesome with their newer ice cream treat stamp set. I don’t own that one yet, but the treats smile, so I really must some day 😉 .
Yum! Happy Summer!
Thanks for stopping by! Have a great Friday!
With a title like that, breakfast awaits! 🙂
This new Planner-Yum set from Technique Tuesday is a riot! I mean, “Today Calls for Bacon”. Bacon-tastic! 🙂
I thought it would be fantastic to rain bacon. hahaaahaaa! 🙂 A simple, smile inducing card!I stamped all the bacon, masked off a spotlight area, and blended in some Distress Ink. Then I colored in all the bacon very simply with Copic Markers. Too funny 😉
Next up, the beloved Cup of Get Going:
I watercolored with Zigs on this one and added googley eyes, of course. 😉 I also used the Photo Frame die and the Heart Strings die for the perfecto hearts.
Check out another card I made with the cutie Fries HERE! SO enjoy these little TT stamps! 🙂 Some other faves HERE and HERE. Student and School!
Thanks for stopping in! Enjoy your weekend accoutrements! 🙂

Here’s my take on MFT Sketch Challenge #291. My Favorite Things Challenge & Inspiration Blog!I used the scene I made last night for #thedailymarker30day. I was all set to turn in early, so I was planning something simple and quick. But then, this happened! Haaa! So much masking and then I colored in with both my Zig markers and Distress Inks as watercolors. I kinda botched painting the Ferris Wheel back there, but it was too late to turn back. It isn’t tragic, right? 🙂 I finished the card with some stitching, and matted the whole panel.
I used the Sketch as a guide for this scene. Can you see the inspiration? It is definitely there! 🙂
These are a couple of my favorite MFT stamp sets: London Mouse and Label Maker Love by My Favorite Things. 🙂
Have a good Sunday!
Thanks for stopping by! 🙂
I’m back today with some watermelon goodness using the same set as yesterday: Technique Tuesday’s Summer Adventure. You can check out a couple other cards I made with the same set HERE and HERE. 🙂 Summmmer! 🙂
Today, the grass was wet. Haaaaa!! 🙂
Love these WATERMELONS and this Hometown Alpha set ROCKS! 🙂
I masked off some watercolor paper and stamped all the watermelons from Technique Tuesday’s Summer Adventure. After that, I loosely watercolored them with my Zig pens, diecut the letters, arranged, stitched and poof! Oh, and the little heart is from TT’s Heart Strings die. 😉
If I made this again, I’d make that center space narrower and tighten the columns I think? Hmmmm? I actually thought this would be a technique trial card, but it went well, so I ran with it! 🙂 And now, I need to mail it!
Keepin’ it fresh! 🙂

I’m having some yummy, sparkly fun with Technique Tuesday’s: Summer Adventure. This super summery fun set is all over my desk! Hoping to bust some watermelon madness next! For now, let’s chill with popsicles! 🙂
Is this photo taken in the grass? Yes, yes it is. It’s come that, my friends. Winter could be interesting in the snow! Haaaa!
I stamped all the popsicles from Technique Tuesday’s Summer Adventure with Versamark ink and embossed them all in white. Then I watercolored them with my Zig pens. After that, I did a full wash over the whole paper, which, was a mistake, But I was able to salvage it. I think? 😉 I embossed and stitched the sentiment, added some Stickles, and boom, finito. Well, finito after I let it dry for hours. 😉
Hope your day is delicious! Take care
