Taylored Expressions: Halloween!!

It’s a Spooky Day over at Taylored Expressions today!! It’s the Halloween Release!! These are all cute or spooky, whichever Halloween vibe you like to jam too! 🙂

Eeeep! These were all fun to make and I enjoyed using a fresh and fun color palette for these festive projects!

This first card is definitely one of my faves! Isn’t she adorable?! I can’t with her cute bow and smile! I love it!

This is the cutie little Ghost Hugs Die & Clear Stamp Combo and sentiment from the Ghoul Vibes Stamp Set.

The background is created with the new Celestial Skies Background Stamp. So fabulous tone on town! I even clear embossed it for extra pizzazz! 🙂

I am a fan–and this sentiment is TOO CUTE to spook! I hope to make more of this one to give out this Halloween 🙂

Next up, I made this fun banner with the new Haunted Boo-levard Stamp Set and the Haunted Boo-levard Coordinating Dies. Such fun!

This is so fun for Halloween! The colors are sweet like candy too, which I thought was a fun twist!

I added little bits of fence using the On the Fence Border Die Set. That little ghost is a trip! 🙂

And last, but not least, the Around Town-Halloween! I thought it would be fun to create little scenes on one card.

Again, I went for a fun twist of colors to create these little vignettes. The sentiments are from the new Haunted Hello Stamp Set and these are clear embossed for a little extra jazz.

I used one of my favorites: Stitched Frame Stacklets 3 to create the little frames. I love the little cat! 🙂

I think it’s amazing that I limited myself to just a handful of ink pads- LOL! Such fun! These would be great to create fun treat tags with too–the scale is perfect! 🙂

Taylored Expressions: New Easy Strips!!

There is quite a bit of new fun over at Taylored Expressions today!! I remember when Taylored Expression first introduced Easy Strips and thought–brilliant!!! Previously, I had to cut strips down with a paper trimmer and they were uneven and unpolished–until EASY STRIPS appeared, many moons ago now! Love them. 🙂

This card below features the new Easy Strips: Foil It – Playful Patterns for Easy Strips foiled over with the Poly Glaze sheets! Such fun for that mega foil POP!

I created these with the Foil It and the previously released Easy Strips – 1/4″ and Easy Strips – 1/2″ and LOTS of TE Fun Foils! You not only get the original foiled strip (Sugar Cube with foil details), but if you save the foil you just used and run it back through with the Poly-Glaze sheets, you can then use alllllllll those fun pieces that were formally trash! SO GOOD! Be sure to check out videos of this over on TE’s YouTube channel, as there are certain to be a few examples showing it in action.

If you’ve ever tried to photograph anything shiny, like a foiled card, you know it can be a challenge to catch the amazingness that is the SHINE and SPARKLE! Have no fear, your card recipients will see it ALL and love it! 🙂

Such fun I had to keep going with the foil and sparkle–including starts cut from TE Glitter Cardstock and the sentiment from Foil It – Shiny Happy Sentiments, also foiled 🙂

Taylored Expressions: Honeydew!!

It’s time for another NEW COLOR over at Taylored Expressions today!! And that color is HONEYDEW! How fun is this new one? I felt like it had to be rainbowed into all the other Taylored Expression goodness! 🙂

I used the Under My Umbrella to create this fun geometric number 😊–eeep it turned out so sweet! It was a little bit of work to create all these rainbows, but it’s also fun little crafty therapy! 🙂

Mega Messages Thanks is the die I used for the sentiment, layering it in Honeydew, Sugar Cube and Black Licorice.

The base panel was created with the Pierced Grid Cutting Plate.

My colors are: Fruit Punch, Bubble Gum, Papaya, Pineapple, Honeydew, Confetti Cake and Rock Candy. It might be one of my new favorite TE rainbows!

Next up, I used the new Honeydew Ink. I used this in conjunction with: Papaya/Persimmon, Honeydew/Green Tea, Gumdrop, Passion Fruit/Mulled Wine and Mushroom.

This background stamp is one of my all time FAVORITES! I use it alllll the time 🙂 It’s called Four Seasons.

I wish I would have used foam adhesive behind my elements, but for some reason, I was on autopilot and adhered them down flat 😆. So bazarro. In the end, I figured this would be smoother to mail, so I went with it. 🙂

Taylored Expressions: School Days and Sports Release!

It’s Back to School time and Back to Sports! This new release is called–School Days & Sports Plays! I always enjoy looking at all the school supplies in stores and thinking about all the new possibilities ahead. There is nothing like the smell of a new box of crayons–even though I don’t get to purchase those anymore. Be sure to check out all the new fun at Taylored Expressions today!!

First up, the Treat Your Shelf, which was formally an exclusive kit, now has products available and new additions! For my card below, I used the new Treat Your Shelf – Back to School Stencil, Die & Clear, along with the Treat Your Shelf- Layering Stencil (formally exclusive with the kit).

This new background called Classroom Canvas and I had to make that into a chalkboard–I’m always a sucker for chalkboard. 🙂 How fun are the stamps that you can stamp on the book stacks? Eeep! Plus, I just love the icons of the pencil cup, plant, globe and apple. Too cute! (I did resist putting googley eyes on the apple though–haha! 😁)

Teachers and all the school staff definitely need a little boost to get the year going–I can’t wait to make these for many! 🙂

Sports! Lots of sports are getting going now too! There are lots of new additions to the Little Bits collection. (and I’d guess more will come along the way someday!)

This card is made with the new Little Bits-Tennis and the new Nothing But Net background stamp. Of course, I had to add googley eyes to the tennis ball–LOL! But I did take a photo without them too, so you can have a more streamlined card or a funny one. 🙂

I used the Tall Tales Alpha Dies for this card–They are SUPER FUN! I really enjoy those tall slim letters–so easy to use and incorporate on cards. Way easy to line up too–which is always the trickiest part to get just right.
