Neat & Tangled: Thank you!

Happy Friday! Today I’m over on the over at Neat & Tangled sharing my last card as May Guest Designer.  What a treat it has been! Thanks so very much to Danielle for having me! ❤

Today, I’m sharing this card I made with Neat & Tangled’s Wild Ones, Geometric Circles, and Later Alligator.

I love love love love Miriam’s background dies and I thought it would be fun to use this one in a spotlight way! I’m not sure I have ever done this before? Why? ha!!

Be sure to hop over to Neat & Tangled today to see my full post about how I made this card. You can find that post HERE.

I made another card to share using this set, which is new to me too! This is the Dream Big set along with the background die Cubic Cover Plate. ❤

She’s so sweet! And I thought it would be fun to make sparkly clouds! 🙂 This sentiment is from the set Hand Stitched.

If you missed my first post earlier this month, you can find that one HERE. The second post HERE.

Thank you again, Neat & Tangled! I’ve so enjoyed sharing some cards and ❤ of your designs! 🙂

Happy Friday! Today I’m over at Neat & Tangled again to share my second card as May Guest Designer.  Hooray–I so enjoyed making these cards to share! ❤

I’m sharing this card I made with Neat & Tangled’s Birch Leaf Die and No Words, designed by Miriam Prantner. So good, MP! 🙂

This sentiment is a fave of mine for cards like this. I really dislike making sympathy cards, but this sentiment often rings so true for my personal sentiments.

Be sure to hop over to Neat & Tangled today to see my full post about how I made this card. You can find that post HERE.

If you missed my first post earlier this month, you can find that one HERE.

Say it All!

Happy Friday! I’m here to share a new Paper Smooches card! Sometimes you want one card to say it all, and that’s exactly what I did here with the new Dude Sampler stamp set:

This font is so fun and bold and I am a super fan of the last two sentiments–especially because it says WE! Yay!! My son and I are going to give this to my hubby on Father’s Day.

I kept the card very simple, adding some scored lines and stitching. No Fuss. 🙂

Thanks so much for stopping by–have a wonderful weekend! Always check out the Paper Smooches Blog for all the latest!

Celebrate You! NEW Release from SSS!

There is a New Release available over at Simon Says Stamp HERE— It’s called Celebrate You! I used the new Confetti Stencil.

Confetti/sprinkles and me are tight!! I just love the rainbowness (yes, that’s a word now 😉 ), so I ran with that for this card. 🙂

For these cards, I used Distress Oxide inks and brushes to blend the inks on.  I also added some wonky stitching and some clear Nuvo drops. The sentiment is from The Stamp Market and unfortunately is not available anymore. But I think this Stamp Market sentiment set would definitely do the trick: Double Take or this NEW Alpha set is one I think would be super fun to use Skinny Upper Alphabet. ♥️

Thanks to Simon Says Stamp for having me along to celebrate this fun NEW release! Can’t wait to see all the other fun new stuff!

Thanks for stopping by!

Take care–Jill

Always a Rainbow!

Hello! Popping in today to share a card I made yesterday in a few moments of Mom time–DAY CRAFTING! What? I know. (Technically, it was early evening but daylight! ha!) I thought the same as I was making it.  Ha!

Love this little turtle from Lawn Fawn so very much and I had to use him!

Eeep –he’s the cutest! I used the sentiment from this set and another to say exactly what I wanted!

I love the addition of the felt hearts. Taylored Expressions felt is my super fave!

The current Lawn Fawnatics Challenge is Pet Love and I thought I’d join in the fun! I haven’t been able to play along in quite some time, so I seized the opportunity. My brother and I had a teeny pet turtle when we were kids. We ended up letting him go, but we really liked him while we had him briefly. Check it out HERE:

I had to make this one for a friend and get it in the mail–STAT! 🙂

Lawn Fawn goodies: Get Well Before ‘n  Afters (and dies HERE), Rain or Shine Before ‘n Afters, Really Rainbow Petite Paper ( ❤ ), and Valentine Borders.

Thanks for stopping by and thanks to Lawn Fawnatics for keeping the challenges coming! 🙂

Take care– Jill 🙂

May Guest over at Neat & Tangled!

Hello Crafty Friends! Fun news to share to today, as I am the May Guest Designer over at Neat & Tangled! I could not be MORE excited to be joining their amazing designers this month! Huge thanks to Danielle! And to my friend Miriam, who incidentally costs me a lot of moola. 😉 ❤

My first card this month features Elena Roussakis’s cutie little set, Jump for Joy!  When I saw this squirrel, I swear my heart leaped with delight! (My friend Lisa will vouch for my complete love of this set! ❤ ) He is just the stinkin’ cutest! I absolutely had to use him straightaway this month.

Be sure to hop over to Neat & Tangled today to see my full post about how I made this card. You can find that post HERE.

Thank you again, Neat & Tangled–looking forward to sharing more this month! 🙂

Welcome to a fun extra post for Taylored Expressions May Mini Release! All the new products for this cute release are available over at Taylored Expressions now!

My first card features the NEW Little Monsters stamp set. These little guys are so silly!

eeeeep! How cutie are they? I made a fun and splashy watercolor background by adding water to the panel and then dropping Taylored Expressions watercolors on there.

I love the fun bright colors on this one! 🙂

My second card features the new Inky Fingers: Monsters set. I think these little fingerprint sets are the sweetest and so does our son! He’ll be getting inky sometime soon to make some cards for his Dad and Grandpas! 🙂

Love these little guys peeking out! I was intending to put google eyes on them, of course, and then forgot! ha! I am actually going to give this one to our son. shhhhh! 🙂

Both of these new sets are perfect for making Father’s Day cards, but I also completely enjoy that you can use them for any occasion or even for no occasion at all! 🙂 *Just Because* is my favorite occasion. 🙂
